Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

That depends. All orders over $100 are shipped free. Orders to anywhere in Canada are $15 (+ applicable taxes). Orders to the United States are $20 (Canadian) and all other orders are shipped for $25. All orders include insurance.

When can I expect my package?

That depends too. All jewellery is handcrafted so anything showing as “in stock” has already been made and is at my studio ready to ship. In Canada, products will ship in 3 to 7 business days.

Anything on backorder will need to be made before I can ship it so add 2 to 3 weeks to the shipping time in Canada.

Can I track my package?

Yes. When I confirm that your order has shipped, I will include a tracking number so you can track your package.

If I don’t like it, can I return it for a refund?

Yes. We always want our customers to be happy with their jewellery. Please contact us if you have any questions once you have received your purchase.

What information do you store about me?

In order to ship your purchase, we need to know your shipping address, email address and phone number. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will store your name and email address.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. All credit card processing is done through PayPal.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

All newsletters that you receive from us have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on that and you are unsubscribed.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. We use PayPal to process your payment but you can enter your credit card information directly with them.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

No problem. You don’t need one. You can enter your credit card information directly with them.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. We do know your address so we can ship your purchase to you.
